About Us
B&C Income Tax & Accounting Services, LLLP was legally formed on January 1, 2019 as an equal partnership between Wendy Cohen and Rose Brown. The business concept originated in May 2018 and moved forward from there. We are entirely self financed and therefore we are, thankfully, not liable to anyone other than the people we serve. This will also allow us to devote our resources to the success of our business.

Our team
Rose M. Brown, E.A.
Rose M Brown has years of experience as a tax and accounting professional. She has worked in accounting and tax preparation since her arrival in Georgia from Louisiana in 1988. During this time she has continually pursued education to improve her knowledge in order to provide the best quality service to her clients. She has a BS in Business Administration, is a Certified Tax professional as well as an Enrolled Agent. As an Enrolled Agent she is able to represent and assist clients who are under audits from the IRS.
Her education in accounting and income taxes allows her to use her knowledge to assist clients with business operations. This includes Business start-up, Accounting, Financial report preparation for loans and business tax preparation. She is able to advise clients on the best business form for their needs. She helps clients to procure state LLC status as well as federal Incorporation.
Being aware of tax laws and filing requirements enable her to assist clients with tax savings which is what she is most passionate about.
Recently, during the pandemic, she has assisted clients with procuring stimulus loans and also with following guidelines to turn the loans into grants which do not have to be repaid.
Wendy M. Cohen
Wendy Cohen has been a trained Tax Professional since 2008. Her background also includes over 25 years as a corporate Buyer for several Fortune 500 companies. Her Continuing Education fuels her desire to help serve and inform taxpayers regarding IRS policy.
Personally, Wendy is a married mother of two. She is a proud HBCU graduate of Alabama A&M University with a BS in Logistics and Procurement. Wendy is a licensed real estate agent and notary. She is also an active member of her church and enjoys volunteering in her community. In her spare time, she enjoys planting flowers, traveling and reading a good book.
